Payments and Orders processing
All orders are subject for
availability.
You can place your order
online directly from our website.
Minimum wholesale order amount is $999.00
We will start processing your order immediately after
receiving initial payment. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days to create your
shipment.
Your invoice will be available inside the online area “My
Account – Order History” you can click and download each invoice.
Please be sure before you confirm your online order about
every detail: billing and shipping address, contact person…
We can ship by one box, to multi boxes; it depends of the
size of the order.

The payment is always done before delivery. We accept

AUTHENTICITY OF THE GOODS
We only supply authentic merchandise. All eyeglasses,
sunglasses come with their original packaging. If eyewear comes with cases –
cases will be also packed in the same boxes.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return part
or all of your order within 7 days after receiving your shipment, by meeting
the following conditions:
1. The returned
sunglasses, eyeglasses, watches must be in their original conditions.
2. Must be in their
original color assortments.
3. Must be in their
original plastic sleeves.
4. Must be in their
original containers.
5. Must have all their
labels, tags and cases
6. The returner will be
responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
7. There will be a 20%
restocking fees on returns and exchange items.
8. Please allow 8
business days to create a Credit Note, we do not refund.
RETURN POLICY FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN
TRANSIT
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us
immediately by Email
Please do not delay more than two business days to file the
claim with the shipping company.
Note: On returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for
all shipping charges back to our warehouse.
PHOTOS
Every photo available on our website is our total property
and cannot be used by our members for commercial sales without any
authorization.
The photos of the cases are non-contractual, brands produce
different styles of cases, we only show one on our website, and we cannot
guaranty you to receive exactly the same style.
